Submitting an agent application asks JFZ to follow up about an opportunity. It does not create employment, an independent-contractor relationship, a carrier appointment, or an insurance license.
A 1099 commission-based sales opportunity
The opportunity described on our agent career page is independent, commission-based life insurance sales. It is not hourly or salaried employment. Income is not guaranteed. Compensation depends on production, carrier, product, written contract terms, placement and persistency. Some commissions may be advanced; early lapse or cancellation may result in a chargeback under the applicable rules.
Review the actual arrangement
Before accepting an opportunity or paying any expense, request the written terms describing the independent-contractor arrangement, compensation, commission schedules, renewals, chargebacks, licensing costs, training costs, and any other required payments. This website does not quote compensation or guarantee earnings, placements, appointments, or sales results.
JFZ provides leads directly to agents at no cost to them. Agents do not have to pay for leads or rely on friends and family. Lead quantity and sales results are not guaranteed. Client-book ownership, service rights, retention after departure and renewal eligibility depend on written agent and carrier agreements. This website does not promise guaranteed renewal income or unconditional book ownership.
Licensing and applications
License and appointment requirements depend on the role, state, and carrier. Do not sell or solicit insurance without the required authorization. Recruiting applications are maintained separately from consumer coverage inquiries.
Your information
The application requests contact information, state, license status, experience, availability, and an optional message. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, or medical information. See the Privacy Notice and contact support@jfzfinalexpense.net with questions.
