Your first 90 days at JFZ
A practical framework for getting licensed, learning the sales process and building the reps.
Days 1–14
Get licensed and contracted
Focus on your state licensing and carrier contracting. If you are already licensed, come learn the sales process from our top agents while you wait for contracting.
Days 15–30
Learn the sales process
Practice scripts, listen to top producers, work through applications, roleplay objections, and learn the CRM and systems.
Days 30–60
Build the reps
Make the calls, show up to the appointments, make the follow-ups, close your first deals and get paid.
Days 60–90
Sharpen your routine
Refine your routine, sharpen your sales skills and manage a growing pipeline.
